What categories of data do we process?

Depending on the Platform, PEREZ BARQUERO processes the following categories of data:

• Academic and professional data: education/qualifications, student records, professional experience, membership of professional associations or bodies, in the context of recruitment processes.
• User identification codes or credentials.

• Electronic communications metadata.
• Commercial information data.
• Economic, financial and banking data.

The personal data requested is mandatory. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to deliver the contracted services.

If the user provides personal data belonging to third parties, the user declares that they have obtained the relevant consent from such third parties and undertakes to provide them with the information contained in this clause, holding PEREZ BARQUERO harmless from any liability in this regard.
