Until a few decades ago, the Sierra de Montilla hosted baladí-verdejo vines very well adapted to the altitude, climate and albariza soils. Today this variety returns with full energy at the hands of this wine of great freshness and intense aroma.
Its palate is young, smooth and especially refreshing thanks to its vegetal and saline tones. Its gastronomic versatility unfolds a thousand possibilities to enjoy.
