It is a deep-rooted winemaking tradition in Montilla-Moriles to let the young Pedro Ximénez wines rest in traditional tinajas (earthenware jars). Under their own flor, they acquire corpulence and personality.

Fresquito is exactly that, nothing more and nothing less. A young and great wine at the same time, the prelude to a fortified wine but with all the freshness and expressiveness of the vintage. In other words, it is drinking the authenticity of a village wine from the interior of Andalusia.
