Its clean, brilliant appearance, of an intense mahogany color, anticipates an intense and elegant aroma, reminiscent of raisined grapes and honey notes. It also presents wood nuances due to its long aging, and a very pleasant acetic persistence. Smooth, honeyed, balanced on the palate. Round and of medium persistence. It is an excellent natural sweet and sour dressing.
