A distinctive smell of must and flor or yeast pervades our white streets. The
wisdom and history of the villages surrounded by vineyards have shaped an
ancient wine sector, structured since 1945 under its own denomination of origin:
Montilla-Moriles.

Albariza soils, Pedro Ximénez vines, hours of light and long summers. Wine is
made in the traditional way in the houses and presses dotting the vineyard. And
back to the heart of our villages, the silent cellars, the ageing in the butts, the
old soleras. Our world.
